Embracing Spirituality: Insights from a Sixty-Year Journey

Chapter 1: Understanding Spirituality
What does it mean to be “spiritual”? In my view, spirituality represents our connection to Source or God.
You might have encountered various definitions like:
- Spirituality involves belief in a higher power.
- Every individual is both divine and human.
- We are spirits inhabiting human forms.
- There are many interpretations of this concept.
I believe that all existence, including inanimate objects, is a manifestation of consciousness from Source. I describe Source as a unified consciousness of divine love. Human beings were endowed with free will, and it is our choices—conscious and subconscious—that lead to negative experiences, rather than any malign influence from Source.
This perspective posits that God represents an infinite potential field, which can be understood as consciousness. I view consciousness as an aware divine intelligence, distinct from mere self-awareness or thought processes. It is a fundamental aspect of physical matter, a template for awareness that emanates from the Divine.
According to Philip Goff, a philosophy professor, even the smallest particles possess an incredibly simple form of consciousness. These particles combine to create complex consciousness, reflected in human experiences.
To me, spirituality involves recognizing that everything is a flow of consciousness from Source, fostering harmony among all beings on Earth.
Chapter 2: The Nature of God
God is not merely a “He” or a force bestowing random outcomes. Every experience carries a message or lesson for us. Source embodies “divine love,” offering blueprints for peaceful coexistence and fulfilling our needs. However, the focus on negativity often leads people to reject the idea of God, perpetuated by stereotypes of God as a person who intervenes in human affairs.
I perceive God as an infinite energy field, a reservoir of information used to manifest physical reality and establish patterns of existence. This might seem impersonal, but by seeking the unifying essence of God as one consciousness of divine love, I find connection to unity—manifested as health, happiness, and environmental stewardship.
Love is seen as a singular vibrational energy. We are composed of matter, energy, and consciousness, with our energies being a blend of sound and light. Matter itself emerges from sound frequencies that produce various lights and colors.
In exploring theories about the journey of our Souls, I’ve discovered concepts such as Monads—initial sparks of consciousness from Source. These Monads evolve into streams of consciousness, ultimately becoming individual Souls. Simone Matthews elaborates on this captivating process, detailing how Souls transition through energy portals into the womb.

Chapter 3: The Essence of Spirituality
Spirituality is fundamentally about trusting oneself as an infinite Source. It’s about striving to live harmoniously. So, what connection does spirituality have with a pink duck?
Combining my life experiences, I can articulate this: being spiritual means recognizing that everything is a stream of aware infinite intelligence from Source, and actively promoting harmony on Earth through the reception of coded information from light and sound.
In Asia, there once existed a pink-headed duck, a large diving species that became extinct in the 1950s. This duck, with its unique pink head, was manifested by the same Source that created all of us. Natural events, like storms and fires, result from interactions among air, sea, and land, all affected by human actions. When we honor and live in sync with these elements, we exercise our free will to foster a sustainable environment.
Some view the Soul and body as distinct, leading to the outdated notion of being a Soul encased in flesh. This perspective can foster frustration towards God, questioning why we are created this way.
My response is to reflect on the beauty of existence. Our bodies and energy fields are remarkable configurations of light, sound, energy, and intelligence, harmoniously functioning together. Humanity is just one manifestation of Source. Over time, we have drifted away from our origins.
Reframing my understanding of Source or God brings me to this definition: Source represents infinite unity consciousness, embodying the potential to experience harmonious energy.
Connecting with Source reveals that we are enough, charged only with taking the next right step. It’s acceptable to do your best and let go, for we are integral parts of a greater whole.
We are all fractals of Source, and since Source is infinite, so are the possibilities—just like the pink duck. Spirituality serves as a pathway to self-belief and fosters a world of health and harmony for all.
