Chapter 1: The Incident in New Mexico

During the construction of underground bases, Schneider grew increasingly cautious of the nearby Special Forces Green Berets. He described how normal operations took a turn for the strange when the team drilled four significant holes. Upon inspecting the underground facility, Schneider found himself in the midst of a violent altercation between humans and extraterrestrials.

Upon entering, he was hit with an unbearable stench, likening it to the worst garbage smell imaginable. To his horror, he encountered a massive "big grey" alien, standing around two meters tall, only a few feet away. In a moment of panic, he drew his weapon and was able to take down two aliens, but one retaliated with an unusual blue energy beam, inflicting serious wounds on Schneider. A Green Beret rushed to his aid, saving Schneider's life at the cost of his own. Schneider reported that over 60 individuals perished in the chaos.

The other two survivors of this harrowing event were relocated to a nursing home in Canada under strict government supervision to avoid potential abduction. Schneider asserted that there are about 1,477 underground bases globally, with 129 located in the United States. These facilities are financed through a clandestine "Black Budget," which reportedly diverts 25% of the national gross product to cover costs, amounting to an estimated $17 billion or more per base.
