Chapter 1: My One-Year Mission
Join me on an exciting journey! Over the past year, I dedicated my efforts to establishing a traditional business focused on delivering an outstanding customer experience. Remarkably, every review from my customers was a glowing 5-star rating! An astounding 95% of my clients felt inspired to share their positive experiences. What’s fascinating is that none of these individuals had prior knowledge of me, yet over a hundred of them spent significant amounts of money.
This part-time venture generated tens of thousands of dollars. Interestingly, I didn't make a single phone call to any of my customers! Our communication was primarily through text messages and app interactions. I met a few clients in person, but that was more for personal connection and had no impact on sales or reviews.
