Consider implementing a structured start to your day. For example, I silence my phone between 8 AM and 12 PM to dedicate that time to creativity and deep work. This routine not only sets the tone for my day but also helps me prioritize my tasks effectively.

It's beneficial to plan your day the night before. I typically select three essential tasks to focus on, ensuring that I complete these regardless of any distractions. Everything else is a bonus!
