Want to recapture your childhood joy? Dance freely in the rain, swing high at the park, or indulge in playful activities like building with Legos, coloring, or playing games. Embrace playfulness for its own sake.
Seeking love and companionship? Nurture yourself deeply, even the parts you find difficult to accept. Love yourself as those closest to you do—your parents, friends, and family.
