Navigating the Journey of Daily Newsletters: Week 6 Insights

Written on

Chapter 1: Weekly Reflection

As I complete week six of my daily newsletter endeavor, I can confidently say that the experience remains enjoyable.

This morning, I dispatched issue 43 of Email FYI. Typically, I share a clever post on X, showcasing a screenshot of the current subscriber count and the email's subject line. However, I find myself running low on inventive captions to accompany these updates!

I am incredibly thankful for all the wonderful individuals who have subscribed to the newsletter, as well as those who have provided invaluable feedback on how to improve the process. Your contributions are crucial!

Current Updates

I continue to promote the Email FYI Resource Library on social media, which has attracted new subscribers to the email list. A few fantastic supporters, including Evan Kelly and Christina Piccoli, even shared it with their audiences this past week—thank you both!

I intend to keep this promotion active until Friday, after which the Resource Library will transition back to a lower-cost digital product. I'm eager to see how it performs as a paid offering compared to its free counterpart. So far, I have no complaints about its success!

At the moment, I'm weighing several options for future product developments. I am considering either (1) writing a concise ebook or (2) developing a small course. I recognize that I could pursue both simultaneously to repurpose content across formats, yet the challenge lies in honing in on a specific focus. Presently, I'm inclined towards creating beginner-friendly material to assist newcomers in starting their newsletters.
